Standard care
Everything in Basic, plus 1 hour of changes each month (text, prices, new fields, small tweaks), also usable for yearly iOS/Android compatibility updates. Not included: extra changes ($60/hr) and app store update submissions ($75 per store). Response within 1–3 business days. Unused hours don't roll over.
Priority care
Everything in Basic, plus 3 hours of changes each month, app store update submissions included, and yearly iOS/Android compatibility updates included. Extra changes $60/hr. Top of the queue for outages; response within 24 hours. Unused hours don't roll over. Store updates need team access to your developer accounts.

Good to know
- Who can get a care plan: apps and websites we built, moved or host — we need the code and server access to maintain them. Have an app from someone else? Start with a code assessment.
- App store updates: every update we submit includes up to 2 resubmissions if Apple or Google rejects it. Rejections caused by your own content or account (for example a missing privacy policy or unpaid developer fees) are billed hourly.
- Developer account access: to submit updates, add us as a team member on your Apple and Google developer accounts (free, about 2 minutes). It doesn't matter who did the first submission. Prefer not to? We'll send you the updated app files to upload yourself.
